"I was charged for a coffee that I did not drink at the rooftop Café. And they charged me for a small bottle of water when I checked out even though I told them that I had been charged for the coffee . Other than that my stay was very pleasant. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating and friendly . We tipped them every day. We had the room facing the street so it could get loud for some people."

"Property is nice and so is the staff. Front desk speak english and or spanish but alot of the wait staff doesn’t so alot if pointing to things we wanted. Breakfast is good options but dinner is very limited so i wouldn’t pay for it. Room service food was good. And one block away is a mall with several restaurant and cafes in it. The massages was divine and affordable! "
