The Arcata Studio is freshly constructed. It is a bright and sparkling clean space. The location is awesome, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is a mile from the Arcata Plaza and a five minute drive to the Arcata Community Forest and the beach. The studio feels roomy and comfortable. It has a beautiful electric fireplace that can make the space feel super cozy. There is a 55 inch smart tv, wi-fi, a mini-split for heating and air, an Energy Recovery Ventilator, and a built in water filter. There is a full bathroom with a walk in shower and a washer and dryer. There is kitchen has a four burner electric range, a full sized refrigerator, microwave, and essential tools for cooking your own meals, The studio has a king sized bed with organic cotton sheets and bedding. There is street parking. There is a 240 volt 30 amp plug you can use to charge an EV. You will need to bring your own mobile adapter. This is a 30 amp NEMA 14-30 plug (typically used for a clothes dryer) not the more common NEMA 14-50 plug that typically comes with standard mobile chargers. Please let us know when you are booking if you will need access to the EV plug so we can provide you with the key to unlock the cover.
