Ideally located just 30 meters from Joigny Beach and 100 meters from Pereire Beach, in a charming, typical Arcachon building, this first-floor apartment (no elevator) offers the perfect setting for a seaside holiday.

Enjoy a bright, air-conditioned living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160 cm), a table for four, and a TV for relaxing.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience: Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, stovetop, range hood, and refrigerator-freezer.

The cozy bedroom features a double bed (140 cm) for restful nights.

A functional bathroom.

A lovely furnished terrace awaits you with a table, chairs, and two sun loungers, perfect for enjoying sunny days, al fresco breakfasts, or sunset aperitifs.

Très bon séjour.

Très bon accueil de l’agence sur place, rapidité pour récupérer les clés. Appartement spacieux pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans. Bien décoré, bien équipé, propre. Grande terrasse très appréciable. Petite vue océan sympathique d’une fenêtre de la pièce de vie et cuisine. Accès plage à 20m idéal pour les enfants. Terrasse donnant sur le boulevard de l’océan mais pas de gêne de bruit lors de notre séjour. Bon échange également avec l’équipe de poplidays. Petit bémol dommage qu’il faille payer des frais supplémentaire pour ajouter une nuitée au séjour initial.
