Un petit rafraichissement de l'appartement serait envisageable( notamment sur la literie du lit - le canapé - une telé un peu trop petite) Sinon tout est parfait tres belle residence - Tres bon accueil de l'agence ABATILLES

L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, proche des commerces, avec une super belle vue sur la mer. Par contre il est dans son jus et aurait besoin d’un sĂ©rieux rafraĂźchissement. MĂȘme si l’on ne regarde pas beaucoup la tĂ©lĂ©vision pendant les vacances, elle mĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre remplacĂ©e par un Ă©cran plus grand. En rĂ©sumĂ©, bel appartement mais Ă  rĂ©nover et remeubler.

Pas besoin de voiture, tous les déplacements peuvent se faire à pied ou à vélo. TrÚs belle vue sur le bassin. On a envie d'y retourner.

Belle rĂ©sidence et appartement bien situĂ©. Cependant le logement mĂ©rite d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©,ainsi que le linge de lit( vielles couvertures). L'appartement est peu chaleureux.Belle vue mer et terrasse.

Appartement trĂšs lumineux avec 1 belle terrasse, et calme ( pĂ©riode fin mars)Petit nĂ©cessaire satisfaisant pour 2 personnes. Courant d'air important au niveau du coffre du volet roulant par grand vent d'oĂč certainement une consommation de chauffage importante.
