O Hotel tem uma estrutura boa, mas não tem um ramal telefônico para comunicar com a recepção, não fornece copos nem de plástico para os hóspedes, não tem um restaurante ou lanchonete e longe de restaurantes e lanchonetes. Não colocam o nome dos alimentos para o hóspede identificar no café da manhã, sendo que tem comidas regionais.

Experiência horrivel! Assim que cheguei e fiz o checkin, que subir o banheiro estava entupido. Não tinha telefone no quarto. A noite fui pedir um ferro de passar e não tinha. O atendente da noite, muito mal educado. O acesso a piscina uma rampa íngrime e nao tem barra de segurança suficiente para acessar. E o cafe da manha mt simples

Hotel de média qualidade. Única observação é o Ar condicionado que pingava agua o tempo todo. Pedi pra consertar, depois voltou a molhar o quarto novamente. Localização só funciona pra hóspedes com carro. Sem carro impossível pela distância de tudo que é essencial.

Minha estadia foi terrível, cama terrível colchão muito velho quarto cheio de formigas ainda bem que as vi senão ia pensar que eram pulgas pois a cama estava cheia, toalhas sujas e com cheiro de que já tinham sido usadas , ar condicionado barulhento não tinha como dormir com ele ligado enfim minha pior estadia em minha viagem ..

O quarto tinha vazamento no boxe do wc, Ducha higiênica vazava, ar condicionado pingava, colchões ruins, toalhas velhas, poucas opções no café da manhã, e até o local que deixava a chave para o quarto ter energia elétrica estava ruim.

No geral eu gostei da estadia porém alguns pontos devem ser melhorados como mofo nas paredes, ar condicionado vazando água e molhando o piso do quarto e ainda encontrei uma barata no quarto.

Noite não muito agradável.
Necessário ação de governança no hotel. Quartos com muito mofo, ar condicionados que não funcionam, troquei de quarto por trez vezes, quartos exalando mau cheiro das tubulações, infiltracoes, reformas nao conclusas. Foi necessário solicitar um pano com água sanitária para passar nas portas e áreas onde existiam mofo, vez que pelo horário avançado não tinha como conseguir outra unidade de estadia. Vamos melhorar!
