"Loved the property and the staff. Only issue we had was when it rained hard we could hear it constantly in the room on second floor - beyond what I would say is normal for a hotel. It sounded like there was a tin roof instead of a ceiling. The staff and food was incredible and same with overall rooms. Despite the rain issues would stay here again any day."

In addition I had an accident involving me to be rushed to the emergency section of Mediclinic Hermanus. The duty Supervisor realised the urgency, and treated me whilst the ambulance was en route. "The hotel is beautiful, new and clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, with particular shoutout to Dominique who went above and beyond to drive us to the Abalone farm when we running late and the taxi wasn't available. The food recommendations were excellent. Unfortunately during our stay there, there was a huge storm which cut off the power outage for all of Hermanus, so we didn't have electricity and hot water, but it is no fault of the hotel itself. Would recommend!"

"Really awesome little surf house and surf school in Hermanus . Sarah the owner really took care of all our needs and organised all our surfing lessons and a very special whale boat trip to see the southern wright whales. The surf house is just a short walk into the town centre along the beautifull ocean cliff path walk . Highly recommended and will back for sure some day !"
