The location of this property is phenomenal, but what makes it extraordinary special is the staff at the front desk They made our stay much more enjoyable and recommend the hotel to anyone

Our stay at the Beacon Grand Hotel was absolutely wonderful! We arrived at the valet with a tire that was going down, and after a very stressful afternoon dealing with the tire, Dan immediately came out to greet us and was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help us get someone out to change the tire and made a stressful situation so much easier. Leif was also amazing! After everything we had been through that afternoon, he helped us get dinner reservations and was so kind and accommodating. That level of hospitality truly meant so much to us. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and everyone made us feel so welcome. The Beacon Grand completely made our San Francisco experience even more special. Thank you all again for the wonderful hospitality and for taking such great care of us! ❤️ We will definitely remember our stay and hope to be back!
