"We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."

"The countryside location was beautiful and made for a super relaxing holiday, also with easy access to Rome. The house and grounds are spacious and beautifully kept and the pool was lovely and refreshing. We had everything we could possibly need in the fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens. Sara is incredibly kind, generous and accommodating. She was always available to answer questions and help in any way. We especially enjoyed her dining and winery recommendations. 2 weeks was not...

"We just had a magical stay at this villa with two families and children… looks better than the pictures…, we were easily able pop in and out of all the best tours and sites and restaurants and shopping just a quick cab ride away…. At night drinking wine on the patio while the kids jumped in and out of the hot tub…. Great coffee shop and walking parks just up the street… we would def come back and Great for two families to share."

"Two fantastic weeks in a truly beautiful location - surrounded by old olive trees and overlooking the LePini mountains. A lovely and considerate welcome from the owner who had kindly provided a fridge full of food and drink to get our holiday off to a good start. Always accessible and informative but very discrete - we hardly saw the owners around the property - really only when we needed to speak to them. Very comfortable and unique property - fabulously large pool. Cannot recommend this...

"My wife and some of our kids recently stayed at Soren’s place after a week long wedding celebration in Tuscany. Let me just say this place covers it all! Clean, perfect location, awesome pool, comfortable beds, tons of extra amenities, and plenty to do during downtime hours while you’re not out seeing all that Rome has to offer. Communication from the host was amazing! The location was a huge draw for us as we were looking for something that wouldn’t break the bank when we wanted to travel into...
