"The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay. "

"Great place to stay! Communication was great, beds are SUPER comfortable and the separate heating/cooling in each room is nice. The living room doesn't have enough seeing for it to be the hangout spot, so lots of kitchen conversations :) The piano was a fun addition and we had some fun musical moments. I would say the only thing lacking was towels (both kitchen and bathroom, there were only a few) and things like paper towels, scissors, etc. Stuff you don't think to pack but realize later that you do really kinda need. Overall a great experience! Note: there is NO washer/dryer."

"When we arrived at the house, we unpacked and within a few minutes, we smelled something that smelled like sewer gas in the bathroom. The owners came over and accused us of pouring something down the drain to get out of paying them. We could not stay in the house it smelled so bad and they would not refund our money. VRBO took their side! This was a horrific experience. I hope they get the sewer smell figured out. I just wanted to visit my daughter and this turned into a nightmare. I understand why owners would be suspicious. But seriously, do they think I carry around a tank of sewer gas when traveling? If they get the smell figured out, besides the location, the house was new and would have been fine to spend one night in. "

"We stayed here with 9 people. The place was large enough to accommodate us it was very spacious. We loved the beams and stone inside the house. The property was very clean. We would stay here again. The location was great for us because we were visiting wineries and breweries in the area. It was also close enough to Marlboro where my son lives. "
