"The room was comfortable. It was clean. The old beat up chair took away from the updates that have been made. Although the balcony was nice, the loud and hot air conditioning unit took away from the ambiance. Breakfast was sooo fresh and tasty!
The staff was very kind, responsive, and knowledgeable."
"It was very clean. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast was pretty decent. It only serves from 7 AM to 10 AM. That’s what I love the most because I am an early bird. The only thing I would have to complain about is the parking it is very limited when there is heavy traffic in the hotel, but very convenient to see from every window on the property. It was perfect. I could see my car from my room window."
"First time there, staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Clean. Nothing looked out of place. Room was clean, nothing looked dusty, shower was clean, towels looked brand new.
Food at Breakfast buffet was delicious with anything you can think of and staff was super nice!
I will definitely be back when in the area again!!"
"This hotel was exceptionally clean and very noticeable from entry through the front door. The rooms were very clean as well and I love the kitchenette in the rooms. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The grounds was very well kept too. Everything was so clean and that is excellent for me. I usually do not sleep on hotel sheets but I felt comfortable sleeping on those sheets.
I must say that I did not like the breakfast. Some scrambled eggs would have been great and it was very frustrating to see ham beside what they refer to as egg patties. Many individuals are allergic to pork (like myself) or do not eat it for religious reason so more care need to be given when placing proteins where transfers are easy. The boiled eggs were cold and I was so frustrated with breakfast that my husband and I just did not eat breakfast the rest of the time we was there. That was my only negative.
Overall, I would go back to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Millersburg. I was very very impressed. Keep up the good work Berlin Grande!"
