"literally the worst hotel!!! stayed here 5 nights in a row and not once was my room cleaned. the ac never worked in my room! i was told on my third night i can move room, proceeded to go to reception to get my new room key and they said to me they didn't say that and it was a mistake. I've gone down just now as i've been to lake como and i need to have a shower and a member of staff called Alejandro was shouting at me telling me there is no towels and to go back to room. never been so appalled and mistreated in my life. please please save your money and stay far away from here. on top of that Because the room was never cleaned during the entire 5 nights, I had to purchase my own toilet paper and soap as these were never replenished by housekeeping. The shower was also broken throughout the stay, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. When we first arrived, there was dirty toilet water left in the bathroom, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. The room remained messy and poorly maintained throughout the booking, and combined with the lack of cleanliness, broken facilities, and poor treatment from staff, this was far below the standard advertised! oh and the shower head was completely broken and didn’t work!"

"A small hotel in a quaint village 10-15 minutes away from Malpensa airport. I noticed that they do have a free shuttle bus. The room was fairly basic, but large and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the shower large and warm. The main draw here is perhaps not the room, but a really good restaurant. Even for Italian standards this is an excellent one and I have been here quite a few times before for dinner. This time neither dinner nor breakfast did disappoint. All very good. Any downside? Well, if you come by car they only have 3-4 parking spots and if they are taken you have to find parking elsewhere in the village. Not difficult to find within a few minutes walk."

"This is a terrible experience for us. We took hotel to stay night and take rest towards our onwards journey but no AC properly turned on by mgmt as it was controlled by them we happened to spend the night with no sleep and sweating whole night. Receptionists said they will decrease the temperature remotely but that never happened or ac not cooling. Terrible experience."

"This hotel is in a central location on Lake Como and within walking distance to many restaurants, the ferry, the funicular and other attractions. The “continental” breakfast was actually a huge breakfast buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, mimosas, coffee, deli meats, granola and juices…all delicious! Rooms are updated and very clean. My only complaint is concerning the flat, hard pillows but I also did not ask for a replacement which I should have done."
