"The check-in service was excellent! unfortunately, there was a problem. The hotel had a main water pipe burst at 3:45am. that resulted in the entire hotel being evacuated. I do want to say the check-in clerk was exceptional in handling this situation. He assured us the hotel would give us a refund if we called Expedia. I was given the info. that Expedia needed to process the refund and it appears that this will be taken care of. Thank-you so much and thank-you (check-in clerk) Art."

"When I discovered a long black piece of hair in the sink (which is located in the room and not the bathroom), I was not too alarmed. When I looked down, there was clumps of black human hair around the floor of the sink. I obtained rubber gloves and disinfecting wipes to clean the "entire" sink area, bathroom, and a host of other items in the room (including desk, fridge, microwave, dresser, and more). The breakfast was fair (make your own waffle, mushy muffins, only fruit - old apples). This area was extremely small. A queen size bed couldn't fit in this space. You bump into people as you get something to eat or drink. I spent a lot of time saying, "excuse me". The tiny tables (4) were shoved next to each other. I could hear the crunching of the Lucky Charms cereal as the person behind me was eating them. The bed was as comfortable as a soft rock. The sidewalk outside looked more comfortable. The exercise room consisted of dated machines (3). The elliptical was poorly constructed and not safe to use. The treadmill had "no tread". There was more cushion in the cheap breakfast napkins. As I was walking to my car, the janitor guy blew debris on me with the leaf blower as he was clearing the walkway, but he did say, "good morning". Front person - good. 1 ice machine works (on the first floor). I learned this after trying the other ones that were on, but were dirty and smelly. I will stay there again (1 night max), but I bring breakfast and an air mattress."
