"We were expecting a pleasant stay at this hotel, but were quite disappointed.
First, the wi-fi connection in our room was horrible. When it worked, it was very slow, but it continually kicked us off the Internet. We asked for help three times with no improvement. I had work that had to get done during the trip, so the poor service kept us from doing some of the things we wanted to do in Pittsburgh.
Second, a vagrant pursued me in the hotel lobby. I had never before experienced a panhandler in the lobby of a hotel.
Three, we had problems with a toilet that did not flush properly. Not something one would expect from a hotel in this price range.
We reported these issues multiple times. No one seemed to care."
