"Staff at the front desk are always so helpful. Will was the most helpful and helped me get checked in fast. This is a beautiful property that needs better care and staff to help maintain. The carpets in hallway were not clean and the bedroom suite was missing coffee, the glasses were dirty and there was not any regular coffee. The Morning Joe cafe is so nice but again, very very slow! I write this review every time I stay here- understaffed or with only one barista who has real world cafe experience. She is deaking with co workers who are very slow. I am a business traveler and sometimes you will get stuck with parents ordering coffees taking their sweet time.
The valet drivers are the best, fast and helpful. Overall best hotel but needs to provide more services and staff."
