Budget Host in Appalachian Mountains

"The rooms are a very nice size, always clean and staff is very friendly! Love this hotel and the price is great!"

"The room that I was in had a smell to it, black mold in the bathroom and the sofa bed has no blankets. The inside wave pool had bugs in the water and the sauna was cloudy. The property use to be nice little get away. Now it’s unsafe!! I want be going back.. the beds were hard as well.. it’s over priced.."

"Pool area smelt strong of mildew to the point we didnt use it and that was one of the reasons we stayed here hotel is showing age and could use updating beds were comfortable and eveything was clean enough for me the mildew smell was the worst"

"Men’s dirty Hanes underwear right below our balcony on roof of exterior restaurant/bar upon check-in at 4 pm. A great view for my 7 year old’s birthday room. Vomit in lagoon basketball hot tub pool and no one evacuated pool. Poop in wave pool, was cleaned, and only evacuated for 30 minutes. The staff is extremely friendly and they all need raises. "

"THEY CANCELED ON US LAST MINUTE! They then gave us conflicting answers saying we’d be able to check in a day late, the next day they said our whole reservation was cancelled! We had already made the drive to find out we had NO WHERE to stay! DO NOT BOOK HERE! You might not actually have a place to stay!"
