"The Casino felt very lively! Our room was upgraded upon arrival to the too floor with an absolute beautiful view. The staff was great and professional expect for the maintenance worker we encountered on the day of check out. We had numerous bags and suitcases with us and at the time of check out the elevators were down. We asked the maintenance worker if he could help us with our luggage down the 26 flights of stairs because we were all women and he simply answered “no”. So we had to take all of our things down the 26 flight of stairs, with no help.That was pretty unacceptable considering that this hotel/casino is known worldwide. We spoke with a manager, but not much was done. "

"We had an enjoyable experience. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, shower worked great. They have a vcr and dvd player in the room with a bookshelf full of movies to choose from (located downstairs). My only complaint was they do not have bags/liners for the ice bucket. Easy walk to Quincy Market, the ferry, tours, etc. overall, it was pleasant and we would definitely stay here again. "

"This was the most beautiful, aesthetically pleasing hotel I have ever stayed in, no lie! The rooms are very modern and upscale with a nice view. The whole layout of the hotel, from the cafe, to the book shelves (which was the best part) and the bar was very nice. Using the ipad to remote control everything in the room, including the curtains and shower was fantastic. My doctors are in Boston, so I will routinely need to travel to Boston to make my appts. I have already decided to make this hotel my getaway spot. Thank you for a really nice stay!!"

"The location of this hotel is not the best & the restaurant isn’t much or a restaurant. They say they offer a shuttle to the nearest subway but it’s actually to the airport which you have to pay to exit so you can get to the subway & pay again to get back to the shuttle meeting spot to go back to the hotel!! Am not sure if I would stay at this hotel again but was traveling with my husband for his company’s offsite. The staff were far and away the best part of the stay"
