    View & Location: Located in Kalyves, Chania, Crete, on the 2nd floor, right on the seafront with unobstructed views. Nearby beaches: Koliatsos, Kalyves, Kyani Akti, Nera, Almyrida. Attractions: Samaria Gorge (UNESCO), Lake Kournas, Venetian Harbor, Chania Old Town, Aptera, Vamos.



    Amenities: 110 sq.m. (total 146 sq.m.), accommodates up to 7 guests. 2 full bathrooms (bathtub, jacuzzi, shower, bathrobes, hairdryer). Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, workspace, TV, safe, smoke/CO detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit.



    Important: Due to the attic, bedroom ceiling height is 1.85 m. Please consider this before booking.



    Outdoor Area: Private balcony and terrace with sea view—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
