"My room wasn’t ready. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room had a lot of issues, after every shower we had to out 2 towels on floors since shower leaked everywhere. Toilet seat was broken. Ironing board was broken and could not order room service as our phone never worked or kept a charge for more than 15 seconds. All these things are easy fixes and staff had toilet and ironing board fixed the following day."

"Unfortunately my experience wasn’t as expected. First night bathroom flooded, no one to fix it until next day. Same thing with the shower. Towels super old, the staff wasn’t able to find my reservation, I had to contact the app directly to find it on my own. Breakfast limited and not that good. Honestly, bad experience. "

"Nos dieron una tarifa más alta de cuando reservamos y además nos negaron el shuttle al aeropuerto diciendo que casualmente a la hora que nosotras salíamos no había chofer. Nos hemos quedado en muchas ocasiones ahí xq salimos en el mismo vuelo temprano y siempre nos habían llevado. Además del sobre cobro tuvimos que pagar taxi a la terminal….muy mal"

"The place stinks badly we couldn’t breathe in the room from the smell customer service is bad the mattress was dirty I will never ever stay there again don’t let pictures trick you. "

"No se si es por las construcciones o alguna nueva compañía, el hotel tenia un olor de cañería al abrir la llave del lavabo y en algún momento en la habitación. Esta vez no tuve el nivel de las habitaciones que anteriormente me han asignado. La que me tocó ahora está dentro de los standar de excelencia, sólo un poquito más de limpieza en el riel del cancel para la bañera. Me encanta quedarme en éste hotel un día/noche antes de regreso a casa pues me está cruzando la calle al aeropuerto, descanso excelentemente y esto es un plus para mi. Felicidades a Best Western y su personal!"
