Consisting of 3 non-communicating flats (1 Trilo + 2 BILO), it is spread over two floors: The ground floor consists of the TRILO flat, 80 sq m, which has a large living room of 25 sq m with dining area and kitchenette (cooker, fridge, freezer), TV and sitting area with two sofas. 2 double bedrooms (1 with 3rd bed) and bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet and washing machine. The mezzanine floor consists of the two BILO flats (1st and 2nd floor), each of 50 sq m. Each BILO has a living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed for two people, 1 spacious and bright double bedroom with 3rd bed and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. Independent heating
The geographical position, on the border with Umbria and Tuscany and close to Emilia Romagna, is strategic and makes it easy to reach many destinations of naturalistic, enogastronomic, artistic and cultural interest. 20 km from Umbria, you can visit Città di Castello, Gubbio, Assisi, Arezzo and even Tuscany.
The numerous surrounding villages, rich in history with their castles and museums, as well as truffle and mushroom patriae with their numerous food and wine festivals (Acqualagna, Sant'Angelo in Vado, Urbania, Apecchio, Piobbico) are just a few minutes' drive away.
