Hotel muito bom
Apto pequeno p uma cama casal e uma solteiro bem pequena... tudo limpo e funcionando, destaque para otima ducha do chuveiro. Cafe da manha muito bom. Garagem 30 reais por noite mas vale a pena. Apesar de ficar de frente a basilica é uma boa caminhada ate uma das entradas de acesso e depois na parte interna ate entrar na basílica. Ponto negativo o forte cheiro de cigarro na recepção. Voltarei outras vezes.

Piadas de mal gosto e nada funciona.
Atendente fazendo piada sobre o meu peso e do meu pai, que precisamos fazer regime. Fui pra hospedar e nao pra uma cosulta com nutricionista. Ar condicionado do quarto nao gelava e o ventilador do teto nao funcionava. Nao recepção inves de ficar fazendo piadas de mal gosto deveria informa que a estadia era pensão completa e nao informaram isto.

O diferencial do hotel sem dúvidas, são os funcionários, Carlos na recepção que fez o check in e foi muito prestativo em atender nossas demandas. O Sr Eli no bar da piscina do terraço, foi ótimo, onde fez a nossa caipirinha muito bem e nossos petiscos. Obrigado a todos e tenham sucesso no empreendimento.

Precisa melhorar muito para ficar bom
Hotel muito bem localizado, mas deixa a desejar na questão de limpeza, fronhas sujas, paredes nos quartos imundas, a cama de casal era duas de solteiro juntadas, ficou aquele buraco no meio.
