bei Ankunft im Hotel wurde ich "nicht" erwartet - erst nach längerem Suchen wurde meine Buchung gefunden - dann gab es insgesamt keine weiteren Beanstandungen Frühstück gut - leider schlechte Englischkenntnisse bei der Bestellung - aktuell kein offenes Buffet

Myself, my wife and our two children under 10 years old visited the hotel in early June 2020 as the lockdown in Italy was relaxed. We were travelling by car from the UK through France to Southern Italy and Aosta was about the mid-point. Before we left home we were concerned about our safety and the cleanliness of the hotel was something that had worried us in advance. We could not have been happier at the hotel for the one night we stayed, it was very clean and the staff could not have done more for us to make us feel comfortable and that we were safe. Thank you, we will definitely stay again at some point in the future.

Very nice hotel. Bed was too firm for our liking & room is small but nice. The morning breakfast iwas great, as was the service. For only 10 euros per person. Very conveniently located to old town with a 10-15 minute walk & about 20 min from bus station.

Tranquillità vicino al centro città

Buon albergo a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Uniche pecche la poca pulizia della piscina coperta ed il prezzo della prima colazione a 10 euro a persona. Ma a questo si può ovviare andando in due ottimi bar pasticcerie nelle vicinanze

Aosta, Hostellerie du Cheval Blanc. A good base.

Stayed for 10 nights as a base for summer alpine trip. It’s around a10min walk to Aosta centre. A very clean and tidy hotel. The bar area is small but we did not use it. The room was a triple and was very big with very comfy beds. Small fridge was ideal for breakfast items. Bathroom was fairly big. The shower fixture had broken which meant we had to hold the shower head up to use. It was eventually sorted by the hotel. We took breakfast twice but it was nothing special. Scrambled egg and sausage were the only hot options so not really worth it for us @ €10 each. Others may be perfectly happy with this. We did not use the restaurant. There is a nice outdoor pool with sun beds. The indoor pool and gym set up was very good and appears newly set up. Sauna, steam room, pool and gym, all very nice. Staff very friendly. Would stay here again.

In realtà l'albergo in questione lascia un po' a desiderare: la struttura è nuova ma particolarmente brutta, sia esternamente che internamente, inoltre non ha praticamente funzionalità. Gli arredi delle stanze sono scomodi, anche lo spazio predisposto per appoggiare le valigie è adatto per un trolley piccolo ma non per uno di dimensione superiore. La reception si è dimostrata particolarmente disinteressata ai nostri problemi lasciandoci senza luce da uno dei due abajour e dalla lampada centrale della stanza. La colazione è buona e abbondante, in particolare c'è un'ottima selezione di torte e di frutta, oltre a formaggi della zona. Devo dire che anche gli accessori trovati in stanza sono ridotti all'essenziale. Insomma un albergo che senza la piscina esterna e quella interna sarebbe assimilabile ad un tre stelle. A discapito dell'albergo devo dire però che il personale di sala, così come le donne delle pulizie, sono veramente rapidi ed efficienti, nonché molto attenti alle nostre richieste. Una sera ci siamo serviti del ristorante interno e siamo stati bene. Si mangia in modo eccellente e non si spende molto. Anche in questo caso, per quanto possibile, il personale è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze portandoci dei piatti fuori menù.

Pour un 15 Août et le prix de la chambre à 190€ c’est trop cher Propose des massages mais c’est pas le bon jour, la propriétaire a des chiens qui aboient régulièrement bref pas au niveau d’un établissement de ce niveau de prix

Great hotel, nothing bad to say. We had a comfortable and spacious room for our family of 4 with double and 2 twin beds. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room too. Views of the mountains in all directions.
