  • Welcome to our bright, fully renovated apartment, designed to offer you comfort, elegance, and practicality. Every detail has been carefully considered, and the modern furnishings combine style and functionality to make you feel at home.



    The location is one of its main strengths: the historic center of Aosta and the main Roman sites are just a 5-minute walk away. It’s also the perfect starting point for exploring the region’s valleys and discovering the natural wonders of the Aosta Valley in every season.



    All major services are close by: a pharmacy on the ground floor, the Regional Hospital 200 meters away, a green area 5 minutes on foot, and both the train and bus stations about 10 minutes away.



    If you’re traveling by car, the area offers several parking options. Free parking is available on nearby Via De La Pierre, Via Grand Tournalin, and Via Zimmermann. Alternatively, you can use the paid parking on Viale della Pace or the Parini Hospital Covered Parking, open 24/7 all year. Please check local signs for street cleaning days.
