"This property is a couples paradise if your looking for a quiet vacation. Staff is exceptional and every bungalow is positioned for privacy.
Great place for rest and relaxation and if you never want to leave the resort, you wont need to.
My girl friend and i rented a scooter(moped) from Shantaa and explored the whole island. We only used 1 tank of gas the entire time."
"Because was low season they closed the restaurant early, so you had to find other places to eat, which weren't many. But as we seemed to get ill after eating in the restaurant the 1st day wss probably just as well.
Room was nice and bed good, there seemed to be a slight problem with the electrics, as ours worked even when the key wasn't in the slot to open the electrics. 😁

"Hanung, his staff, Fern, the owners and everyone was hospitable. Very friendly and made you feel like you're at home. The bungalows were very clean and the view to the ocean was amazing. I would recommend for anyone that wants a private setting or even family friendly setting this is the place. They can help you with motor bike rentals to finding you a nice relaxing massage on the beach. We went about 12 minutes on motor bike to a nice cozy restaurant called mangrove where the food was delicious...
"Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel tout juste ouvert ! En trois mois de voyage nous n'avons jamais été aussi bien accueilli qu'au survival. Un service 5 étoiles pendant nos séjours de 3 nuits. C'était une expérience très réussie de dormir dans des tentes Super bien équipées (très bonne litterie, climatisation...). "Shantaa Resort was very peaceful and serene. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Restaurant served amazing dinner and made to order breakfast buffets. Pool and beach were also great. Concierge was helpful and able to book us a driver for our 1 day island exploration. I would highly recommend Shantaa to anybody. "
"Just got back from Koh Kood and stayed at High Season Pool Villa & Spa — truly impressed from the moment we checked in. The staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home.
The villa was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing.
The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Thai dishes — full of authentic flavors and cooked to perfection.

The highlight of our stay was a little store nearby, called MateOasis. It’s a 7 minutes walk from the premise, but it’s so worth it. The food there is amongst the best I’ve tasted in Thailand ever. The owner is very friendly, kind and funny. She makes you feel like part of the family in no time. If you come to the resort, please do not forget to go and eat there (you can also order food from her to your hotel, but it’s nicer to go and interact at her place. At least we thought so)."
"I saw this place on a you tube video and decided I wanted to book it for my trip to Koh Kut. Loved this for many reasons. Room looked right over a bay that went out to the sea. Breakfast had options. We chose fresh fruit. Got that and some toast each morning. Coffee was available with a machine to make your own if you want. This was right by Peter Pan Resort. We would walk out there and lay on the beach (no access to chairs) and swim. Sandy bottom and very shallow. You can get free use of kayaks here. We ate at Peter Pan for lunch or just got a drink there. Fire show here also every other night. Free! The woman who ran the White Bird was always helpful…renting a motorbike, making sure we got picked up for the ferry, adjusting our breakfast foods. Not lots of rooms here, so quieter. Easy to walk to shops, massage, or our favorite restaurant…Mermaid (get the fried snapper…one of my favorite meals of this trip!). Happy with this place and would recommend!"
"The staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing I had an issue with was the extra charges. For instance, there is a charge for ice and food to take away. If you break a glass 200 thb. Also the kayaks were at a cost ok no problem (even though I read they were free) but the paddleboards were expensive and they were in a pretty bad state…actually good for the bin as they were missing chunks and really not safe for use. Summing up I would still say this was a very good hotel to stay on the island. It was a perfect place in a bay to swim,snorkel,and relax"
