From the villa’s terraces, you can admire magnificent sunsets over the sea, with views of the lighthouse and the ruins of Nero’s villa.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden and outdoor seating areas.
Just 50 meters away is Riviera Mallozzi, with its many restaurants, cafes, and beach clubs, and 400 meters away is Anzio’s central square.

The Layout
You enter through a large foyer, where a convenient staircase leads to the upper floor.
To the left, a large door opens onto the living room, which is very bright with a large floor-to-ceiling window, a fireplace, two three-seater sofas (one with electric reclining seats), and a table for six. To the right, in an open-concept layout, is a living area with a table for four, and to the right of that, a large double door leads to the kitchen, which features: a sink, an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a Nespresso machine, and a kettle. From the kitchen, a French door leads to the west side of the garden, where there is a lawn and a paved area suitable for outdoor dining, complete with a grill and a wood-fired oven.
On the first floor, there is a balcony, a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a suite with two interconnected bedrooms and an en suite bathroom; from here, a French door (with two steps) leads to the large terrace with a view of the sea and the sunset. Also on the first floor is an utility room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and cleaning supplies.
From the first-floor balcony, a spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where there is an attic room with a table and a bookshelf stocked with books and board games, windows with ocean views, and a French door leading to the large terrace.

Guests have access to two parking spaces in a private area with a standard driveway and two parking spaces in a private garage equipped with an electric charging station.
Guests have access to the entire property except for the basement, which is closed off: first floor: living area; first floor: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, terrace; second floor: living room, terrace. Guests may also use the 1,200-square-meter garden, except for a small, marked-off area on the periphery.
