"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."

"We had a great stay there, but we're disappointed that the beach under the hotel was not available, due to the fact that the water this year arrived up to the hotel walls.
