"This apartment is so beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice! It is a very short walk to the main plaza and a super cool restaurant with antique toys that has tunnels under the restaurant you should explore! The Pope’s summer home is very close and the tour of the gardens and palace I highly recommend! Beautiful area and quiet at night which was a welcome change from downtown Rome! The views everywhere are magnificent!"

"This was our 3rd stay at Vigna Licia & it was just as we remembered it. Great accommodation, fantastic views from the balconies/terraces & an overall superb experience. "Uns hat die Ferienwohnung zu 100% überzeugt. Das Haus ist schon älter, aber alles ist sauber und neu. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Präsentkorb mit Marmelade, Nutella und Keksen begrüßt. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren ebenfalls top. Die Liegen konnten jederzeit genutzt werden. Das ganze Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Innerhalb von 50 Minuten waren wir am Colosseum. "We had a fantastic stay. Our hosts were wonderful - Incredibly welcoming, warm and supportive. They were both very helpful in offering helpful travel advice for the local area and Rome itself. The flat was perfect with all the necessary amenities. Clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for access to Romes surrounding areas. The train station is just 10 mins drive and 25minutes into Rome. We definitely hope to stay again!"

"This apartment was very nice. It is new and was very clean. The sheets are a bit rough, but beds were comfortable. It was a bit hot so we were happy to have air conditioning although you have to leave the bedroom doors open as there is just one unit in the living room. We never went to the pool because we were so busy exploring this charming town and surroundings. "A very large house available for exclusive use. The owner of the facility is a very nice gentleman, frendly, helpful(he drove us around the area in his car, showing us what are where it is) He drove us and then offered to take us to the supermarket.The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfectly connected to the center of Rome. "This was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The owner was super helpful in helping me get to Ariccia, and she had managers on site to help as well. "Great little spot on the outside of Rome. It was clean and had everything you needed. It has very short ceilings though so be prepared to hit your head if you are over 5'4. Be prepared to learn bus routes and train routes or it will cost you a lot for taxi's."
