Everything bad

The hotel so old needs more works the Ac unit not working at all I asked him and he changed the room and also the Ac units not working he got me another room I lost my time changing rooms come downstairs go upstairs come downstairs go upstairs also they don’t have safety room for luggage when you do check out I asked him he told me put it there and the room not locked no security.

Avoid. AC in room didn't work and the hotel thought I should be understanding, which to a certain degree I could have been unless this information was given to me in a very (17-18 degree) cool lobby. Light in bathroom worked only occasionally. Flies seems to be entering the room from ventilation or cracks in ceiling. One of two bed lamps worked. Only little positive thing was the breakfast personal which very service minded The location is good but there are faaaar better hotels in this area (Diamant) for same budget.

Picture use for ad is central station on Antwerp, nothing to do with the hotel. Everything in my room is in very good condition except the mattress. (Should have new one). Breakfast is good. Staff in restaurant are nice and pleasant but not front desk. Location is excellent. 2 min walk to central station.

Excellent location. The property was good. The manager in charge of the breakfast room was not friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and after an hour something I got back to the room and came to the breakfast room with my wife. This time, the manager was not that friendly thinking I came to take breakfast again. In fact, I used to get up early and after finishing my breakfast, I usually accompanied my wife to the breakfast room where I did not need more food but some more coffee only.

Winkels en restaurants op loopafstand, ideaal. Parkeren in de buurt (Qpark), voor 30 euro per dag. Antwerpen centrum is een leuke en gezellige stad, bourgondisch met veel sfeer! Hotel is oké, maar best duur voor wat je krijgt. Bij ons ontbrak de zeep en shampoo, maar bij de receptie kregen we alles mee wat we nodig hadden. Föhn is niet heel erg goed, snel oververhit. Ontbijt was voldoende keuze. Vooral het vers af gebakte brood was heerlijk.

Hôtel correct a côté de la gare

Un hôtel bien mais un peu vieillot. Climatisation non fonctionnelle dans une chambre, télévision qui ne marchait pas dans l'autre, des gens rentrent dans la chambre en pleine nuit... Personnel gentil, mais pas toujours réactif. Petit déjeuner bien. Avis très mitigé.

We zijn ooit een 15 jaar geleden hier geweest. Toen erg goed, nu helaas niet meer. Het is echt geen 4 sterren meer waard. We waren ingecheckt en gingen naar de kamer. Deze was zo ontzettend heet en de airco was stuk. Daarom verhuisd naar een andere kamer. Deze ging wel, niet echt schoon een beetje smoezelig. Tijdens het slapen ging de airco steeds uit. Daarna weer bellen met de receptie om hem weer aan te zetten (airco). Wc was steeds verstopt. Ook onze vrienden hadden kamers met allemaal gebreken. Daarom nadat we uitgecheckt waren met gierende banden naar huis.

Plus: Heerlijk voor 1 persoon en 1 nacht. Fijn dat er nog iemand laat aanwezig was om in te checken. Min: Toiletpot plus bad waren niet schoon. Gaatje in het witte gordijn. Geen info over WiFi gehad. Receptionist had een vervelende klant voor mij, waardoor het inchecken bij mij stroef ging.

Horrible place to stay. At 2:30 in the morning there was someone banging on every door on our floor and yelling. This went on for 20 minutes and the hotel staff did nothing. Stay away from this dirty and very old hotel.
