Stayed one night while visiting Antwerp. The room was very nice and comfortable. The check in are with it's attached dining tables are unusual but lovely. Above everything else, the two hostesses that interacted with me were very hospitable with top level customer service!!! 5 stars++ for them easily.

Very comfortable property that is kept immaculate. The staff at the front desk are very accommodating. We loved our morning cappuccinos and the breakfast was simple but excellent. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood but a short walk to the Cathedral area will provide all the dining and drinking options. We checked out the weekend market which was only two blocks away and that was well worth it!

Het inchecken was top! Ik zet een foto in bijlage die eigenlijk alles zegt. Heel hulpvaardige medewerkster aan de balie met een grote glimlach. Koffie, thee en water kan je ten allen tijde gratis vragen. En bovendien een gratis upgrade gekregen van de kamer.

Na 3 nachten verblijf is de ontvangst van diversen TV zenders niet constant. Regelmatig uitval van diversen zenders, Kamer was niet voldoende schoon. Wastafel kraan was niet makkelijk te bedienen.Het ontbijt was ruim naar tevredenheid & personeel was vriendelijk.
