The hotel is well located for both shopping and culture. The staff were friendly and helpful. On site parking was a bonus. The room and bathroom spacious. The only negative point was the smell of drains in the bathroom in the morning however we pointed this out to the staff and so this should be sorted for future guests.

A hotel that offers what for a hotel it's core business is: a friendly staaf, comfortable and clean room and a good bed. The facilities are very limited and conveniently located in the centre of Antwerp in the very neighbourhood of the Central station, the environment is quite dirty.

Pro's: Very nice rooms. Very nice lobby and very close to the shopping area of the city. Con's: the water in the sink did not drain very quickly. The mirror heating and light did not work in the bathroom.

Great location

Pillow in bed was too big and too firm. I had to dress up at night and get a smaller, soft pillow, which was not a problem, but other hotels have an alternative in the closet. I recommend to check before going to sleep. There is some soundproofing, but you can still hear the street noise with all those car posers jerking theirs engines. Bed was comfy and shower nice and clean. That is all I need. Own parking underneath the hotel is great and spacious. Location is great.

Hotel 4 stelle in pieno centro. Pulito elegante non c'è cucina, un po' una pecca, anche se i dintorni sono pieni. Nella stanza manca un frigorifero. . Forse un po' caruccio.
