Rooms are not very big, but always very clean. A bit more variety at breakfast would have been nice (exactly the same selection for almost two weeks), but a great pizza at the adjoining beach bar made up for that."

Parking was manageable at the roadside, and the lift ideal between floors. "What an extraordinary property. This beautiful and ancient stone house in the mountains is brimming with character. The rooms are beautiful and quirky in the very best of ways. The views are dramatic and exquisite. The owners are lovely people and made us very welcome. Breakfast was a feast of lovely pastries, bread, preserves and muesli type cereals. I cannot recommend this place enough and I'm sure that we will come back here again. "
