Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 90cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled, whilst there is a small lip around the edge of the pool. The pool itself has both ladder and step access. This is a ground-floor property.
