Modern-Luxury 2-bedroom bungalow with WiFi and AC
Welcome to Monte Casa! A modern, luxury, 2-bedroom bungalow in Caleta De Fuste. Free WiFi, BIG SmartTV with all UK channels (including Sky sports etc.) AC, 3 private community swimming pools w/ bars. Super close free parking.
The space
A half mile from the beach, Monte Casa offers you a beautiful, modern, luxury, 2-bedroom bungalow, recently completely refurbished, with free WiFi, 100 feet from the largest of three communal swimming pools with bars, free parking on the street 30 feet from the door.
The apartment is fitted with 2 private bedrooms (one King and one Double), a living room with a large corner sofa/bed and a dining area with elegant table and chairs, 1 bathroom w/ large walk in shower, bed linen, towels, AC, a BIG SmartTV with all UK channels (including Sky sports etc.) free movies, access to your own Netflix and other accounts, a completely equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, big fridge/freezer, washing machine, extensive utensils), a programmable safe, and a furnished terrace (for outdoor dining and smoking) with mountain views, you can also see the ocean. The house stays cool all day long. The terrace is only in full sun from 11:00am to 4:00pm. The windows are screened and barred with a wonderful cross-breeze, or shut the doors and crank up the new LG Air Conditioner. The nearest (and only) airport is Fuerteventura Airport, 5 miles away. Hyperdino Supermarket, Zanzibar (live music, food, sports, bingo, quiz nights), Pizza Art, Nestor's fine dining and the Montecastillo mall with even a hardware store, an Indian and a Chinese Restaurant, A British Food store, many bars, live music and sports are all within 1000 feet. 8 minute walk to town centre, a very quiet, highly sought after area. Although we strive to be family friendly, we generally only allow children ages ten and older to stay in our recently refurbished luxury houses. If any of your children are under age ten, please message me BEFORE booking so that special arrangements can be made.
