About this property
Puerta del Sol, fully equipped apartment, ideally located close to all amenities
- This is our home from home, so it is fully equipped for self-contained living. It is very close to the town centre and only a short walk to the beach. Puerta del Sol has an amazingly large swimming pool, as well as a toddler pool and a third smaller pool. There are several restaurants attached to the complex as well as Bailey's Gym.
We have been renting our property via Booking dot com and Airbnb for many years and have an excellent rating (9/10). We have just started renting with VRBO this year, so we do not currently have any reviews. Be the first!

If Gladys does not arrive before you need to leave, please leave the keycards on the table, lock the door, and post the keys through the wooden shutters.

Rules
You must pay a fully refundable breakage deposit of €200 (£175) by bank transfer to our bank account at least 2 days before arrival.
Please let us know your preferred currency and we will send you our bank account details. We will refund the deposit to you within 5 days of departure
You must pay our representative 65€ on arrival for the cleaning fee. She will then photocopy your passports and give you the keys to the apartment.
