Inside, you'll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, including a kettle, coffee maker and toaster etc. The villa features three bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with an en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom with a shower. The comfortable living room includes a dining area and extends to a second terrace, making it a lovely spot to enjoy your coffee and fresh air. For added comfort, the living room has air conditioning, and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

    The lush 250-square-meter garden is filled with tropical plants, including palms and a passion fruit tree. The terrace is fully furnished with a dining table, chairs, a garden sofa set, and a barbecue grill, making it ideal for cooking and relaxing. The highlight is the private pool, measuring 7.5m x 3.3m, with optional heating available at an additional cost. Six sunbeds are provided for lounging by the pool. Convenient parking is available in front of the house for guests with vehicles.
