Great Family Villa

Spacious family villa not too far from the resort centre. Heated pool fab. Kiddies play area good although some pieces need replacing. Good night sleep and powerful shower. Thank you for a great stay.

Great family holiday

We had an amazing time here , first time in a villa and could not of picked a better choice , communication from matias was great , any questions asked replied really quickly , villa was fantastic totally the right size for us , it was huge so much space and so much outside space to relax and have outside dining , pool was clean and well looked after , not sure what else to say but we will definitely use again the next time we are coming over

Superb house with everything you need.

Can’t fault our stay the villa was perfect for our family lots to keep the children entertained. The pool was the highlight of our holiday was lovely and warm the kids were in it non stop. We enjoyed the walk downhill into the town and to get a taxi back up was less than 3 euros so perfect .Definitely hoping to return one day .

Villa Fin was amazing and really made our holiday in caleta de fuste. Adult's, teenagers and kids all loved the villa and pool. It was heated to a lovely temperature so even the baby enjoyed itgetting

Great place

Love this villa been second year owner listens to comments fitted a hand rail for pool this year as last year was a struggle to get in thankyou for that. It's a nice walk into town downhill but taxis are cheap if you need one. would recommend this villa to anyone.

Fantastic place

We have just got home from a wonderful 2 week stay in this Villa and it was amazing. The views are fantastic. The heated pool is a welcoming relief in the sunshine, the large outside area was lovely. The Villa is spacious and with us being 6 adults, there was enough space to get away from each other from time to time.The Villa is a 15 minute walk downhill to the centre. Due to age and health issues of some of our party we did have to taxi back, however, taxis are usually available at the taxi rank next to the china shop in town or opposite Fado steak house. If you want rest and relaxation, peace and quiet and not be in the middle of it all, the Villa is perfect!!

Fantastic villa great location despite construction /improvement works all around, will be stunning when finished. Villa was superb for our stay some minor issues which where sorted by owner, property manager a little fifficult to get hold of. Would defo stay again if on family holiday.

The property is in a quiet location. The only downfall was the hill to walk back up if you go into Caletta De Fuste. Scooters are a good option or a taxi, if you can get one, is about 4 euros, lovely villa and very spacious. The beds are quite low but that’s the Spanish to it, I think. Great villa. Lovely outside space with so many choices of sitting areas. Great pool with slide and outdoor shaded play area with lots of games. The children were entertained and the adults were too! Spacious house

A nice house 15 min. Walk to the beach. Spacious with several outdoor sitting area's. A lot of toys for the children. The gated pool is very nice when with small children (placed an extra bench in front of it just in case). Very equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but that suits the price of the house.

Anyone looking for a holiday villa in the area will not be disappointed with Villa Fin. It was clean, spacious and had good amenities.....the pool with slide was great fun for both adults and kids alike. Further to this, the owner of the property answered all our questions prior to flying out and the local Property Manager was extremely helpful. We had an amazing time staying here and would defiantly rebook if returning to Caleta de Fuste.

Fantastic villa

We had a wonderful holiday in Villa Fin for two weeks, the villa is perfect, we had 6 adults and the facilities are amazing. The pool is perfect size and nicely heated, the villa is very well equipped. Lots of little seating areas which is perfect if you want to either sun bathe or sit in the shade. Very private location. We really loved it here and would definitely come again, really recommend! Thanks all.

Family Easter break

We very much enjoyed staying in rhe property. It was very spacious both inside and outside. The pool was a big hit with everyone. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken. This was a bit of a nuisance as there were 8 of us in our party. It would have been useful if a draining rack had been provided.It appeared from the listing that the property was not as far up the hill as it was. However, it was quite near to a well equipped supermarket and there was a lovely Italian restaurant near there as well.it wasnt too far to walk to other places and taxis were very cheap. Our main shop was done at the big Atlantico supermarket and a taxi from there was very cheap.

A great villa.

Just back from a wonderful week with the family. The villa was all and more than we expected. The pool was heated to a lovely temperature which we all used in the morning and afternoon. If we needed anything we called Sue who was very good and sorted things very quickly. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

A lovely villa plenty of space and well situated

The villa is up a hill but under 3 euros for a taxi close to supermarket,bars and restaurants.It has a lovely view from roof top and the pool is lovely but my one complaint is it needed a handrail to get into it especially for older people and the pool light was broken which made it dark at night for a late swim. Would definitely go again

Great holiday!

Nice villa, lots of room. Pool area very good, kids enjoyed the slide. Walk into town but not too far. Good location we thought. Will be back. Contact with host and his local rep was great. Even organised our taxis back to the airport which we really appreciated. There’s quite a bit of pavement work going on near the villa this year but when done will be great. Next year looking to be busy for the villa so book soon!

Child friendly villa

The villa was great. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was fenced off which was great as I was there with a 4 and 1 year old. The grandkids had great fun in the outdoor play area. It was about a 10 min walk to a few pubs and restaurants and a 25 min walk to the main resort area where there was a good selection of restaurants. My only negative would be no air conditioners in bedrooms but overall, a great stay.

July 2023 Stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was a great size, beautiful views, fabulous pool and an ideal location for us. Although the villa was great it could do with being updated as parts are looking tired especially the outdoor furniture, my husband sat on one of the loungers and it snapped in the middle as the wood was rotten and it was disappointing that the hammock was missing the canvas sections also it was only the frame that was there.

Great place

We had a lovely time here. The property is spacious with good outside space, the pool and games are a great addition. Location is good, 20 mins walk from the beach and restaurants, and several big supermarkets only a couple of minutes drive away. It is close to the airport. I was worried about the noise of planes, but this wasn't an issue. Check in and out was super easy. The only thing I wish I'd know beforehand is that bedroom four is accessed by a door onto the outside area rather than via the house. This didn't work for us due the age of our children, however this didn't impact our holiday. We would definitely return.

Spacious and private

The villa is really spacious both inside and out. It has a good sized pool and the slide is a great addition. There is a box of pool equipment for you to use on your holiday to save you bringing any toys in your suitcase.A darts board was great for family tournaments along with table football, giant connect 4 and a tiny golf set.Two large three seater sofas and a six seater dining table were welcome additions for us while a sand storm ran through for two days of our stay. We made great use of the outdoor table and chairs sun loungers once the storm had passed.The villa is a 20 minute walk down hill to the town centre where you will find a variety of shops, cafes and bars. There is a small supermarket and variety of bars approx 5 min walk down the hill from the villa and there is a pizza takeaway and a bar just a short walk across the road from the villa. Taxis were very reasonably priced at 3 to travel from the town centre back to the villa and an 8 taxi to a large Lidl which we would recommend for getting all your food.

Out of town and needs some TLC

When we were dropped off by our taxi upon arrival, we had a long walk up hill and through roadworks and took ages to locate the villa.. even the taxi driver couldnt find it. Description was a 10 min walk into town however, even on the quickest route took us atleast 20 mins downhill and going back was longer as all steep hills. The floors hadnt been mopped as the childrens feet were black after going around inside. The sofa bed in the master room had dust all around and overall just wasnt very clean. The outdoor furniture was quite uncomfortable to relax on and could do with new/thicker cushions. The swimming pool was nice and warm. Quite dissapointed after having paid alot for this villa. The villa agent was very rude when we said about the walk into town and when we wanted to book a taxi back to the airport but communication with Dr Iain was very good.

Excellent Villa Holiday

This is the villa that has everything, well almost. We'll get to that shortly. Our party consisted of 8 adults and 1 child (11yrs) 3 in party had walking issues, so we needed a single level villa. All amenities mentioned in description were available. Pool was big, bbmcclean and heated. The property, is very spacious especially the size of the whole plot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend Villa Fin for any wishing to relax in privacy. If we were to mention just a couple of things it would be to revise description of bedroom no.4 access, as to get in main house you need to exit bedroom to outside and enter main house via kitchen or living room patio door or bedroom no.2 via ndoor. Secondly, although host provided portable fans, the property nnnnnnnwould benefit from fitted ceiling fans, even just in bedrooms. Overall though, our whole party really liked the Villa and would definitely book it again if returning to Fuerteventura. Thank you so much for a memorable holiday..... agawhenFuerteventuruand

Great villa

9 of us stayed here for 11 night. Villa is lovely and big and the outside space is huge. A few little things the outside at night was very dark as the pool lights weren't working and a few lights around the seating areas to so we just sat inside at night. The fans inside the villa wernt very good at all so definitely need to invest in some good fans and maybe some more comfortable mattress. Apart from that though it was amazing. Nothing spoilt us having fun. Close to bars and restaurants so villa is in a perfect location. Ian and sue we're there to answer any questions we had. We went to fado rock stakehouse a couple of times it had to be the best stakehouse we've ever been to so definitely recommend going their. Market is on Tuesday and Saturdays it's brilliant for a bargain. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa it's lovely and in a great location. 👌👌
