Beautiful house and garden in great location
The house, garden and pool were all delightful. It was very easy and laidback with a great kitchen for cooking up lovely local produce. 15 min walk into Antibes, greengrocers and boulangerie were even closer. Great communication from Joanne. We love the cat too who helped set the tone for relaxation. We would like to have stayed for 3 weeks not 1! Very pleasant place to be to explore Antibes and beyond.

Great location
We had a great stay in Antibes, it's a 5-min walk into Antibes and about 15/20 into the Old Town. The house is nice enough although could use things like hooks on the doors and hanging space for clothes. Living area isn't very comfortable, which is unfortunate as we had some rain. It's also a bit hazardous for young children (we travelled with a 3 year old), but it was fine if you stay alert! We found the pool quite cold, although Salvatore did try to warm it for us twice. This was more the fault of the weather, I suspect. Very well located and we enjoyed day trips to Cannes, Monaco and Nice. Uber had no trouble finding the house and the train station is about a 15-min walk. Overall a lovely stay and a very warm welcome from Joanne. One thing I would comment is the cash deposit is quite unusual – I wasn't very comfortable travelling with that much in cash and handing it over, although I think this is more normal in Europe than in the UK. It would be better for VRBO to take a holding deposit online, which would also save losing money in currency exchange.

We loved staying at this beautiful house. It has a really lovely vibe to it and lots of interesting decorative features. Well located for popping into town and the beach but just great to chill in too

A home for holiday
The owner left his house to our care during rental with most of his belongings that made us feel home immediately. Clean and very well appointed kitchen with lot of stock to start our stay. Felt very welcome by property manager. Location was only 5mn walk from the closest grocery store and french bakery and 10mn walk from old town with its amazing marche provencal. Quiet surroundings, friendly neighbourhood, great pool and deck with lovely garden.

Old House, Close to Town
The best part about this house is it's proximity to the center of Antibes. We also enjoyed the pool table (which doubles as the dining room table), and my son liked the house cat. The kitchen had everything we could need. However, this is an old and dirty house, the beds are not comfortable, and there were many mosquitoes despite keeping all the doors closed. There is no way to get from the guest house to the main house without keeping a door open (they lock automatically when closed and cannot be opened from the outside). The dishwasher did not work and there is no proper shower. The bathtub in the main house has a hand-held shower head, so you can sit in the tub and hold the shower head to wash your hair. The guest house also has a hand held shower head you must hold because the cradle is broken. Pascal was very responsive when issues arose. We would have appreciated some written instructions on how things work, wifi password, etc.

Haus Mit Charme
Das Ferienhaus in Antibes hat einen tollen Pool, eine großartige Terrasse und eine umfassende Ausstattung. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand, der Innenstadt sowie Bars und Restaurants entfernt. Das Ferienhaus ist hundefreundlich und der Vermieter bietet Unterstützung. Es hat viel Charme, eine tolle Einrichtung und ein gepflegtes Grundstück. Der Anbau ist perfekt für mitreisende Teenager geeignet. Sie haben ihr "eigenes Reich". Du kannst auch viele Tagesausflüge in andere Städte machen oder ein Boot mieten, um die Umgebung zu erkunden! Es bietet alles was du für einen perfekten Urlaub brauchst!

Herrlicher Urlaub in Antibes
Die Darstellung des Objektes ist stimmig. Ausstattung ist prima und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für unsere kleine Familie fast zu groß. Gepflegter Pool. An die enge Zufahrt haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar (Strand 15min., Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Ein Klasse Urlaub!

Husen, tomten och poolen var utmärkta. Det som inte var lika bra var att det står luftkonditionering i annonsen vilket jag tolkade som air condition men det var fläktar som stod i sovrummen (dvs mycket varmt inne) samt att Wifi inte fungerade i stora huset.

Eine wunderschöne Woche in einer traumhaft eingerichteten Villa
Hier stimmte alles. Als wir kamen, war das Tor schon geöffnet und uns wurde alles von der sehr freundlichen Empfangsdame gezeigt. Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet, eine perfekte Mischung von alt und modern. Alt die Einrichtung, edle Bodenfliesen, Billardtisch, Heizkörper aus Gusseisen, jedes Zimmer mit einem anderen Thema (Musik / Film) bestückt. Daneben eine moderne Küche mit Induktionsherd, großem Kühlschrank, alle Fenster schalldicht verglast. Dazu ordentliches WLAN. Wir haben es sehr genossen, der Besitzer steht mit Rat und Tat per SMS zur Verfügung. Top-Adresse, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un havre de calme et beauté
La maison est une vielle dame douce et raffinée qui vous accueille dans ses espaces qui vous font voyager dans l’art et l’histoire. Cependant, ses équipements sont modernes et adaptés à recevoir un groupe d’amis ou une famille qui aime échanger autour d’un bon repas et se prélasser près de la piscine, puis se baigner. On est si bien qu’il faut se motiver pour quitter l’espace tranquille et aller à pieds à la plage remplie de gens. Mais la marche matinale nous met d’aplomb et la boulangerie du coin nous propose d’excellentes viennoiseries et du bon pain. Maintenant, notre séjour est une source vive de joyeux souvenirs.

Bella casa, vivibile in tutte le sue parti, in un quartiere calmo e rilassante a due passi a piedi dal centro e dalla Vieil Ville. La piscina ci ha « salvato » dalla folla del ferragosto in spiaggia.. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema (acqua piscina, gradini scala esterna) ma subito monitorati e rimessi a disposizione. Assolutamente da raccomandare sia per la location che per la presa in carica da parte del proprietario e da M.me Johane. Avviso che c’é un gatto che, regolarmente viene e chiede da mangiare, nonché coccole! Appartiene alla casa, ha dormito varie notti nella camera di mio figlio! Con il nostro cane abbiamo fatto i ...turni 😀 Merci! A bientôt !

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir haben 10 sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Haus sehr gut und schön eigerichtet (Art Deco). Abwicklung und Übergabe seriös und unkompliziert. Ohne Fahrzeug problemlos möglich. Altstadt 5', Strände 15'-20 Min zu Fuss. Keine 5 Sterne, da der Pool fehlt. Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen.

Très belle maison située à 5mn à pied du centre d'Antibes
Très belle maison dotée d'un très joli jardin, spacieux et agréable. Maison bien équipée, toutes commodités. Idéalement située, à 5 mn à pied du centre d'Antibes et 20-25 mn à pied de Juan-les-Pins. Tout est faisable à pied. Grande disponibilité du propriétaire et de son entourage, aux petits soins pour nous! Nous recommandons vivement cette maison!
