Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it comprises :
- one bedroom with a double bed ;
- another bedroom with two simple bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a living room to relax in after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Television, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Iron, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The double-glazed windows were replaced in 2019, as were the electric roller shutters. The air conditioning is new, installed in 2024.
The bedding is new. So is the closet in the master bedroom.

There is free public parking on the street and another with a few spaces in front of the residence.
The apartment is located :
- 2 minutes from shops, the center of Juan-les-Pins and the Régence bus stop in the direction of Cannes or Nice;
- 5 minutes on foot from a paying parking lot and the Juan-les-Pins train station;
- a 10-minute walk from the beach, the venue for the Jazz Festival and La Pinède (children's playground);
- 20-minute walk to numerous bars, restaurants and museums;
- a 20-minute walk from Vallauris, Parc Explora and Promenade du Soleil.

## Emplacement
Antibes is a commune located in the Alpes-Maritimes on the French Riviera, Antibes. It is a city erected by the Greeks who knew how to keep its authenticity; in the old town, it is possible to discover the medieval ramparts, some Provençal markets as well as a flowery and traditional architecture. For the more sporty, you can take the path of Tire Poil at the southern end of the famous Cap d'Antibes where you can enjoy the sound of the sea against the rocks, the wind and the cry of the seagulls. It is a city full of charm that combines culture and the inescapable agitation of the South, you will find many restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as a beach overlooking the Baie des Anges.
