"The beds were TERRIBLE! They were sunken in and weren’t comfortable at all. Definitely need to be replaced. My room wasn’t ready at check in so I had to wait more than an hour AFTER check in to get my room. It was on the first floor close to the lobby and loud. "

"If I could give it a higher rating I would! I don’t know where to start. The location and privacy were perfect. The kitchen was FULLY stocked! I mean anything you need they had it. The games and arcade game work and in great condition but the best spot was the convered patio on the dock with TV where we spent alot of time. We had unseasonable high temps when we were there so got the kayaks out and did some fishing. Excellent hosts responded quickly when I had a question. No doubt this is a very well taken care of home. I wouldn’t second guess staying anywhere else if you’re in the area. The driveway is steep as they say and they aren’t kidding! They views are fantastic is multiple areas for the house, comfy beds and lots of space to spread out if you have a lot of people. "

"Exceptional VRBO vacation spot with exceptional views and fantastic accommodations. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Loved being able to sit out on multiple decks with swings to enjoy the breathtaking view, listening to the birds snd watching boaters on the lake. Outdoor grill and Fireplace had full tanks of propane. Coffee and condiments needed were all stocked and ready. Beds had fresh linens and extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were sparkling clean with fresh towels, washcloths and plenty of toilet paper. Close proximity to racetrack/casino. We have never stayed in a VRBO and were never pleasantly surprised. If you are going to Hot Springs for a family vacation this rental is definitely a 10 out of 10. Thanks Again for the Breathtaking Views and Fantastic accommodations. "
