At the +16 buffet, the wait staff were fantastic—attentive, friendly, and quick to remember our preferences. Our table and drinks were always ready without asking. We saw other guests taking food out, so assumed it was okay. When we took a small plate of pastries, we were told food must stay inside. While we understood and complied, though it felt inconsistent that others seemed to be doing the same without being stopped.
There are plenty of bars with no long waits, and the +16 areas offer a more relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are very clean, if slightly dated, but we were told refurbishments are underway.
A mention to the cheerful man with the supply cart who restocked our room daily, and to the female lifeguard at the adult pool—always alert and professional.
The beach area is lovely with a private section, though a few non-guests wandered through. The shuttle to Land of Legends was great, but more time slots would improve flexibility.
The resort’s AI features stood out—QR codes made ordering and service requests super easy. Finally, the concierge was outstanding, ensuring our luggage was ready and departure stress-free.
