We had a wonderful stay in these clean and spacious rooms. A special mention goes to Ms. Anastasia at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Even when we arrived at 3 AM and struggled with the door, she was available via WhatsApp and resolved the issue immediately—truly exceptional service. She also helped us book a combo tour at a very fair price. The location is perfect, with a bus stop, restaurants, and shops all within a 4-minute walk. We noted a few minor maintenance needs, such as a loose kitchen handle, a broken toilet roll holder, and a boiler that required resetting for hot water, but these didn't overshadow an otherwise great experience.

Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Bereits bei der Buchung haben wir ausdrücklich darum gebeten, kein Kellerzimmer zu erhalten. Trotz dieses Hinweises wurden wir in einem als „Eco-Zimmer“ bezeichneten Kellerzimmer untergebracht. Bei unserer Ankunft war im Zimmer ein starker Geruch wahrnehmbar, der unseren Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Zudem hatten wir für unsere Kinder Beistellbetten angefragt, deren Bereitstellung zuvor bestätigt worden war. Bei unserer Ankunft waren diese jedoch nicht vorhanden. Da unser Flug verspätet war, erreichten wir die Unterkunft erst am späten Abend. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war keine Rezeption mehr besetzt, sodass wir niemanden vor Ort erreichen konnten. Eine kurzfristige Lösung war daher nicht möglich. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen. Besonders die Unterbringung im Kellerzimmer, die fehlenden Beistellbetten sowie die fehlende Erreichbarkeit vor Ort haben bei uns einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen.
