I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was top-notch from check-in to check-out, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere throughout my stay. At least it was clean. But all inclusive is not even all inclusive, you have to pay for ice cream and certain spa treatments. The food is limited choice as is a boutique hotel, the staff do not want to help. Our room had several issues such as the hot tub stank when we tried to use it and didn’t work, the staff were unbothered and do not go out of their way to help you. It’s not worth the all inclusive here. Wifi went down a few times, pool is small and closes at 7pm.

I could go on and on my experience here…but let’s just say people spend your money elsewhere …so many issues with this place …front staff (one in particular called orhan) that did not want to be bothered with any questions…complete lack of customer service and really needs to be evaluated ….another individual nacmi was pleasant and was genuinely trying to help to the best of his abilities….money that was paid for this hotel was a complete ripoff …. No hot water till the last night before checking out …electricity seemed to be going off intermittently …hallways smelled of smoke, cleaning ladies were very nice…one tiny elevator …prepare to wait for it …ac had to be fixed a couple of times…broken amenities in washroom…hair dryer stopped working ….shoukd i go on?? Buffet was decent and just ok …it’s not really all inclusive …specific times for each meal period …butter being told is finished at dinner time until pressing the girl and she then brings it out …. The aesthetics look good from the outside but there are serious flaws with things going on there …wanted to use hot tub but hot water was gone again due to some electrical issue Truly disappointed and feel cheated by this hotel …I HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS HOTEL MANAGER…no compensation was given or refund after complaining numerous times ….i received a fruit tray …a nice gesture but that does not do anything sorry.

Das Personal war sehr nett allerdings wurde das Zimmer während unseres Aufenthaltes nur einmalig gereinigt. Uns wurde ein größeres Zimmer angeboten, da wir sagten das die Zimmer für 4 Personen einfach zu klein sind, was dann nach 2 Tagen auch nicht möglich war da zu viele Reservierungen wohl waren. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Absolutely fantastic, staff and hotel was amazing, we stayed in the Delphin Imperial in February which is a 5 star plus and very posh, we then came to the Laren Family hotel in August because it was closer to the dentist, it was beautiful we preferred this hotel the Laren family hotel is a little gem, all the staff are so friendly and helpful and the night manager was amazing to everyone, he made sure everyone got the best holiday ever.. We will definitely be coming back to the Laren Family hotel.. Thank you all for making our holiday special. Dissapointing level of workmanship. Mildew bathroom. Buffet was not hot enough, the plates are cold as they are stacked too high in the plate warmer. Personal hygeine from staff was an issue.

Mostly relaxing. Great staff

My stay was short and was just to relax after a short backpacking trip from Romania through Istanbul. The hotel and amenities are generally good. It is mostly used by medical tourists so expect seeing people of various states of medical procedures. They advertise a free bus to the beach. But it wasn’t running during my visit. The spa costs are incredibly expensive in comparison to local providers. Food good and changes daily, staff are attentive and happy. Silly rules that don’t allow you to take a single biscuit from the restaurant to eat with your coffee in the lounge let it down a bit. And the sun only hits the pool area in the morning and is in the shade in the afternoon.

Personal ist freundlich aber das Hotel der Zustand des Zimmers. Jakuzi konnte nicht genützt werden zu dreckig, wurde nie gereinigt. Konnte nicht duschen da das Silikon in der Dusche komplett verschimmelt ist und stinkt. Allgemein alles als Gesamtkonzept was die Haxgiene des Zimmers angeht ist schlecht . Klimaanlage ist für das Zimmer zu Schwach es dauert ewig bis das Zimmer kalt bzw. angenehm wird. Würde es nicht zwingend empfehlen. Es sei den die ganzen Sachen werden sich ändern oder behoben. Essen wahr ok nichts besonderes

Familienzimmer sind ohne Balkon. Das ist mir beim Buchen entgangen. Wir haben dann in ein Dreibettzimmer gewechselt. Die Zimmer waren eng, aber ok. Ich fand sie nicht sauber. Hinter der Tür, unter dem Bett war’s nicht sauber. Die Flure mit schwarzem Zeppich waren nie sauber. Auch nicht am frühen Morgen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war toll. Viel Auswahl und lecker. Im ganzen Hotel waren Menschen, die Schönheitsoperationen hinter sich hatten. Vielleicht bin ich da empfindlich, aber ich fand es unpassend für uns als Familie im Sommerurlaub. Als dann an auch noch ein blutiges Pflaster im Pool herumschwamm war’s mir zu viel und wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist.

This hotel looks superficially very clean and nice upon arrival however the reality of the rooms and hallways is very different. Rubbish from the rooms accumulates in the hallway trash can, and cockroaches were seen both in the rooms and in the hallways. Thankfully once my friend discovered a cockroach they changed the room. However it still left us feeling uneasy and uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. The best thing about this hotel is that they give free bottled water at the bar and transport to the beach (via numerous other hotels). The location is good- near the mall and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. However a warning , the beach club they’re affiliated with offers very basic run down sun loungers and you’re better off walking down to an alternative beach club for better facilities. A couple of the staff I encountered were super friendly and some were the complete opposite. All in all I would never stay here again.

Buraya gelmemenizi tavsiye ederim. Fotoğraflar gerçeği yansıtmıyor, “her şey dahil” konsepti söylendiği gibi değil. Bana verilen oda kötü kokuyordu ve banyo son derece kirliydi. Balkon için ise gerçekten söylenecek bir şey bulamıyorum… Orada bir gece bile kalmak mümkün değildi
