Very friendly and helpful staff. Always wanting to help and assist. The guys in the reception area and kitchen staff were amazing. The property itself is in the best location with bars and restaurants nearby and few minutes away from the Old Antalya Castle. Would always return to this property.

Small boutique exactly where you need to be, 2 mins from old town. Small pool area, (all old town hotels are the same, because they are in the town). We were able to relax around i it. There was a large selection of a Turkish breakfast, very well looked after by the staff. We booked the suite and had lots of space and all facilities, kettle, water, fridge, hairdryer etc. Lots of nice restaurants & shops nearby, and it felt very safe walking around. Would definitly recommend.

A lovely place, in the heart of the most central area in Antalya. You can get anywhere without the need for public transportation. The hotel itself is a boutique hotel. Tastefully designed, excellent service. I will definitely choose this place again

Rooms are very clean, service daily. General Manager (Seda Besjazali) is Excellent. She makes sure all guests are comfortable and answers all questions and help needed. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests are satisfied. Very good breakfast and Valet parking at no cost to guests. Both are important when traveling.

The property seemed a lot smaller than pictured, the pool specifically. The staff were friendly and they offered us an upgraded room when we checked in. The breakfast was included but the options were a little limited. The location was perfect, we only spent 2 nights here as we moved onto Istanbul. It was a decent stay. The bed was amazing!

I do recommend this hotel the staff are excellent and truly make you feel welcomed. The breakfast is nice and fresh they have a nice selection of hot or cold food ranging from dips to borek and olives. The rooms are clean and the cleaners are exceptional. The pool area is a little cramped but didn't put us off the you wouldn't think when paying on the sunbed your in the heart of the city. The only downside was my wife's ghd hair straighteners kept tripping out the electrics in our room. My wife couldn't use the hair straighteners for the duration of our stay. We would stay here again.

Great location, great staff

Initially was put into a room behind reception, requested to move as previous experience being located in a room behind reception is not good. I was right, far too noisy from 0500hrs with people checking out. Thankfully we were re allocated to another room near to the pool which was great. The hotel location is perfect and will certainly be returning to this hotel again. ALL the staff were so pleasant from chamber maids to reception manager all deserve to be acknowledged for making our week trip so relaxing. Breakfast is great. Hotel is very clean, sun beds very comfortable too. I would suggest that there be some hooks put in bathroom and on back of room door as no where to hang up anything like dressing gown or damp towels in bathroom.

Maintenance in the room is poor and needs to be reviewed. The toom averaged over £115 a night, yet the shower was not fully functional and the fridge did not work. At first night We got a room in the «basement», which was completely different from the photos. It was really small, only space for a bed for 2 people, and it smelled bad. Told the staff that We didnt want this room as it smelled and didnt look like the photos. Was told that it was nothing to do, unless i wanted to pay 2000 liras for upgrade to junior suite. They told me to wait for the next morning for changing the room. The day after we changed room to the second floor as wanted, and the room was much better. But disappointed that you pay the same price and can Get either the first room We got which was really bad, or a descent one that looked like the pictures. I was also shocked that they didnt offer a free upgrade to junior suite as they had several rooms, and We only wanted to change room for our first night as We were told that We would change to another standard room the day after. The bed also made a lot of noise. The location was really good, central near everything, and right next to good restaurants and old-town

On arrival, the hotel made a great first impression—stylish, welcoming, and true to its boutique charm. Our room matched the photos perfectly and felt both comfortable and unique. The swimming pool was a good size and never overcrowded; a few extra sunbeds would have been nice, but that’s just being picky. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety to suit all tastes. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the old bazaar, with endless dining options nearby. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, would happily recommend this hotel, and would definitely return.
