Hotel could have been wonderful. Perfect location rooms looks modern. But the staff terrible. Wouldnt turn air con on properly. Wifi broke in one of the rooms would not fix it. Kept telling lies about we will fix it. It was ok depending on what you like. But being told air conditioning and wifi provided but they mess with it is terrible.

Very dirty rooms.

Terrible stay at this hotel. Rooms were filthy not cleaned in the 7 nights we stayed there. The bathrooms were discussing old worn out and could do with modernising. (See photos). Dog owned by the hotel outside barking every morning. Reception in a different hotel next door which is owned by the same people.

They have 2 hotel and one … they ask for the bill …. No for reservations number… I pay with points from hotel . Com they sent me the cheapest building…don’t look like the picture we 2 bed …i made complaint for changing the room…. The bathroom was not really clean, they don’t empty the trash in the room… so disappointed

I booked a room with a double bed and single bed but when we arrived they offered us three single beds the room was not clean at all in the morning they moved to another room The second day cleaner knocked our door and said it’s not to clean every day,it’s every other day that surprised me , I wouldn’t stay again

Öncelikle, oda çok küçüktü, üç tek kişilik yatak ve kötü bir banyo vardı ve balkon kapısı kilitlenmiyordu. Odayı en azından bir çift kişilik ve bir tek kişilik yatak olacak şekilde değiştirmelerini sağladım. Bunu sorunsuz bir şekilde yaptılar. Odalar harika değildi, banyo özellikle temiz değildi, oda genel olarak yorgun ve oldukça yıpranmıştı. Perdede durdurucu yoktu, bu yüzden kornişten kayıyordu. Küçük akıllı TV ama asla bağlanamadı, resepsiyona birini göndereceklerini söylediler ama kimse gelmedi, sonra TV'lerin akıllı olmadığını söylediler, belli ki yanlıştı, zaten harika değildi, asla halledilmedi. Kahvaltı kötüydü, çocuklara meyve suyu bile yoktu. Tost makinesi vb. yoktu. Etkilenmedim ve ayrıldığım için oldukça mutluyum.

God placering ellers var resten dårligt. Receptionen var uhøflig. Værelset var beskidt samt slidt. Køleskabet larmede som en motor så vi måtte skulle det. Der rendte hunde og katte rundt. Morgenmaden var det dårligste jeg har oplevet til dato.
