Harbour Cottage - One Bedroom (Sleeps 2)

A fantastic property set high on a stunning spot in Crail with uninterrupted views to the sea and Isle of May. Harbour Cottage can be rented together with the adjoining Harbour House for larger groups.

Located only 10 mins drive from St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh, Crail makes a great base for a holiday in Fife and despite its proximity to the central belt of Scotland it couldn't feel further away from life's stresses and strains.

Also on our door step are some of the world's oldest and top rated golf courses including Crail Golfing Society, Kingbarns and The Old Course at St Andrews.

Harbour Cottage sleeps 2. From all windows there are amazing views to be had both out to sea and over rooftops down to the harbour. It is a unique spot indeed.

We've gone for a boutique hotel style in the Cottage - luxury fittings throughout with a cosy contemporary feel. Perfect for romantic short breaks.

At ground floor level there is a cosy double bedroom with fresh linens and fabrics. There's a small built in wardrobe and an LCD TV for lazy evenings / mornings.

The wet room clad with Fired Earth tiles and housing Axor Grohe power raindance shower and other designer fittings is also located on the ground floor. Underfloor heating and radiator make it nice and cosy.

The Victorian spiral staircase takes you up to the living room and contemporary kitchen (with hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster) at first floor level.

In the living room, there is a two seater sofa from which to enjoy the bose cinema surround system and 42 plasma TV, an arm chair from which to enjoy the stunning views and a diner seating four also with uninterrupted views out to sea.

Harbour Cottage is maintained in accordance with all regulations and for the comfort of our guests.

Harbour Cottage
Fantastic little cottage, ideal for two people. Wonderful location with all basic amenities to hand in the unspoilt harbour village of Crail. Some pleasant coastal walks with stunning views over Firth of Forth.

Harbour Cottage
Had a great few days at Harbour Cottage. Location is amazing. A few steps outside to watch the sunrise over the water or down to beach at harbour. Right on the coastal path but was still nice and quiet even in August. Plenty parking nearby and handy for shops. Cottage small but clean and modern. Lovely living area. Spiral staircase not for everyone but got used to it.

Relaxing stay in Crail
Comfortable and immaculately clean. Good use of space with everything needed for a short break. Great shower and comfy bed. Lovely central spiral staircase adds to character of property (but would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues). Location is ideal just a few minutes from harbour and outlook over the sea. Would recommend for a ‘’get away from it all’ break!

Very charming, still modern and functional apartment with high standard. Perfect location for travels around Fife and surrounding areas. Owner is very responsive and handled the booking and payment process without a glitch. Highly recommended!
