Anshan

Hotel in good condition. The only problem is the lack in communication. The staff can speak only Chinese and one should thought for an International Hotel chain some staff should be able to speak English. Specific to check in.

Smoking is allowed even though it's stated no smok

The hotel is pretty good but they allow people smoking in the room. My room was assigned right across the smokers who keeps smoking with his door wide open. I am having a hard time sleeping coz I can smells the smoke.

4連泊で利用しました。スタッフの対応はとても親切で、部屋も毎日綺麗に掃除が行き届き、心地よい滞在ができました。 朝食は西洋式・中国式と種類が豊富で、部分的に日替わりのメニューもあり、毎日飽きることがありませんでした。 最上階にあるエグゼクティブデラックスルームに宿泊しましたが、ホテルの公式サイトに記載があった「エグゼクティブラウンジ」はありませんでした。その代わりに毎日ソフトドリンクとフルーツ盛り合わせのルームサービスがありました。 ホテル公式サイトには記載があっても、実際に部屋にはなかった設備（エスプレッソマシーン、テレビのHBOチャンネル無料視聴）もありましたので、注意してください。 ランドリーは洗濯乾燥機と洗剤も完備で無料で使えましたので、連泊で洗濯したいときに重宝しました。 立地は近くに飲食店も多く、徒歩圏内にスーパーもあるので便利に過ごせました。 また鞍山に滞在する際は利用したいと思います。
