"This was my first trip to Taiwan and I’d highly recommend the Shangri-La hotel. All staff speaks English and are very high-service oriented. For example, there weren’t any microwaves available in the rooms, so housekeeping offered to reheat our leftovers from a restaurant and served it to us beautifully plated. We were able to store our luggage on site both before our room was ready and after we had checked out which was very important to us. The hotel was clean and tidy but the room was quite basic.
