"Great experience overall! Clean hotel and pool, great local food and convenient shuttle service to downtown Key West.
We did on site laundry… were told one price for a bag of clothing and were charged another, even though all items fit into their laundry bag and closed.
We had the mimosa package special upon booking and it was never delivered upon, they stated we would get that refunded to us.
Those were our only two complaints! "
"We loved our time on the sailboat this April! The boat was a great fit for us, and our daughter loved sleeping in a sailboat. The kayaks there allowed us to paddle and explore othr nearby canals. Abundunt fish were neat to see and catch from the boat and shore. The bathroom with shower was vital for cleaning up after swimming, and we used the adjacent large table and seating area on-shore as well. A great time in a ideal location onlyba few minutes from Key West. We look forward to being back in the future!"
