Good location and value
Stayed for a weekend in January. Check in was quick and simple, and the apartment was in good, clean condition with all the amenities needed. Neighbourhood was quiet, but only 10-15 min walk from the old town, lake and train/bus station. There were also several supermarkets within walking distance. The only minor issue I had was with the smoke detector in the apartment making random noises, which was presumably due to a faulty battery or some other fault. But aside from this, had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

You’ll get what you pay for
The establishment was ok you’ll get what you pay for. Don’t expect luxe for the price of this accommodation I would say its correct. We had a balcony,small kitchen with utensils, Fridge,Bath, TV, Tables, Chairs, Cloth drying rack, Ventilateur and Cabinet. No person during checked in but information was provided in advance by email. I will stay again as budget wise we find it reasonable. Kindly take note thath this location is a bit far from the Lac but you can still walk to get there.

Absolutely aweful
This property is so dated. The room is dirty if you look carefully. Shower didn't work and we had no hot water for one day. Self check in is absolutely a pain. The whole place has no hospitality at all. There is no hair dryer, no reception, and the place feels so spooky in the evening. Please DO NOT book this place, written from our hearts.

The property is OK but some of the furniture are damaged. The cleaning was quite superficial: nothing major, but when we wiped the table with a wet cloth it came black. Remember to bring your toilet paper because it's not provided! A note on the parking: the post says it's per stay but it's actually per night.

Compact and convenient
Good room, basic kitchen essentials provided (and much appreciated), easy to find from town centre, very basic but comfortable and good for a long weekend away. Overall no complaints. Was not expecting a 5* hotel.

The accommodation was convenient for the 'old town' at Annecy which was 15 minutes walk. The staff were helpful and spoke good English.

Good clean apartment not far from the town centre
Apartment was clean. The kitchen area is a bit small and the bedroom also serves as the dining area. However, this was OK as we were staying one night only. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

good value hotel
This hotel is actually designed for long stays, however we stayed only for 1 night. the location of the hotel is actually in walking distance to the old city centre, but as it is up the hill it would be hard to walk up. There is free parking on the street and there is plenty of place for parking. also do not worry about late check-in they have a good system of which if you follow the instruction you will face no problems at all! the room had everything you would need for long term stay, i mean all the cooking equipments were present in the room. the room was clean in general, but the sheets and the blanket could be a bit more clean. overall, for this price it was a good hotel and would definitely stay here for the next time.

Great Kitchenette
We stayed a couple of days and having a kitchenette was wonderful. We could do our own thing. We opted to cook and eat in rather than going out, but there was plenty of restaurants around to choose from. They had a 24 hour laundry which was great to catch up on washing. You could use the dryer or hang things on the balcony. We had a very enjoyable stay. Would certainly stay there again.

Very good location.
Great place to stay and visit Annecy. Easy walk to the old town using a dedicated foot path. Facilities at the hotel were good and we shall use again if we visit Annecey. Free car parking in the street or a charge if using the hotel car park.

Le séjour était confortable et bon, et l'appartement était spacieux, propre et complet des ustensiles de cuisine. La seule note négative dans cet appartement est qu'il n'y a pas de climatiseur froid, seuls les ventilateurs sont fournis. À des températures élevées, vous aurez besoin d'un air Conditionneur.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt/Altstadt aber in Geh-Distanz dorthin. Das Gebäude ist nicht mehr das Neueste und scheint von außen etwas sanierungsbedürftig, allerdings war die Wohnung für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern ausreichend. Die direkte Nachbarschaft haben wir als nicht so schön empfunden, da wir uns aber ohnehin nur zum Übernachten und Frühstück dort aufgehalten haben, war es für uns okay. Das Personal war freundlich. Alles in Allem würden wir sagen, dass es für den Preis eine akzeptable Unterkunft ist und wir würden hier guten Gewissens nochmal buchen.

Era correcto, ni más ni menos. Nada bonito. Se tiene que quitar sábanas, toallas etc al salir. Da la impresión de ser una casa de colonias/albergue juvenil. (También sirve como casa de estudiantes.)

Bon aparthotel
L accueil est sympathique. L hôtesse n hésite pas à prendre du temps pour nous donner des renseignements. Nous avons trouvé un joli studio tres propre, suffisamment aménagé pour 2 personnes et un court sejour. Le bus , proche de l aparthotel, est pratique pour se rendre aU centre villed Annecy.

Très bonne literie. Service parfait (nous avons eu besoin d'un lit bébé) Remarque : Le parking est payant (env 40 € par sem) et donc très peu utilisé (8 voitures en moyenne au mois d'août pour une capacité d'environ 40 places) car possibilité de stationner dans la rue. Je suggère d'augmenter vos prix de 2 € par jour par appartement et de proposer le parking gratuit. Votre chiffre d'affaire serait identique et les clients plus satisfaits du service : Gagnant/Gagnant.

Il n'y avait RIEN à aimer, petite chambre d'hôtel ordinaire,sans aucun confort au lieu de l'appart'hotel attendu..et payé cher ! à 40° pas de clim qu'une colonne branlante..pas de hotte aspirante dans le recoin "cuisine" pas de placards de rangement alimentaire, pas de barre de sécurité dans la baignoire-patinoire..un bureau de 50 cm de large "table à manger" ..il a fallu demander chaises pour le balcon où petite table ronde de 80 cm ..car impossible de manger à l'intérieur sans escalader le lit ....bref, ce séjour a été une horreur, loin de tout mais pas de la voie de circulation autos motos tracteurs camions dès 5 h. du matin ...

Vraiment un bon séjour le lac et la veille ville est à quelques mètres en voiture, le service est très accueillant, dommage que l'appartement est pleine de poussières, le carrelage est un peu cassé et un petit malentendu d'appartement j'ai réservé pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants mais cela m'a réservé pour 4 adultes donc un lit double et un lit canapé mais pas de lis simple, il fallait envoyer un email pour demander un lit supplémentaire gratuis. Mais bon a part le parking payant (6€/nuit) j'ai passé un excellent séjour à Annecy je le recommande pour les séjour à courte durée.
