The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building and can comfortably accommodate 4 people (double in the main bedroom and sofa in the living room). It has been completely renovated by the owner and furnished by an interior designer to create a warm and contemporary mix with a peaceful interior.

The sunny kitchen overlooks the mountains, the living room overlooking a quiet street where you can relax in front of the television.

Impression mitigée

L'appartement est spacieux et très lumineux. Le parking privatif est apprécié. Les modalités d'accueil sont bien précisées et efficaces. Cependant la propreté de l'appartement est moyenne, des portes ne ferment plus, la batterie de cuisine est insuffisante (nous avons dû acheter des petites cuillères), absence d'alèse sur le lit (donc matelas sale), un demi rouleau de papier wc, aucun volant d'ingrédients pour faire la cuisine. Généralement dans un gîte nous trouvons un petit geste pour accueillir les clients comme des capsules de café , un paquet de gâteaux voire une bouteille de vin. Eu égard au prix de la location, la qualité de l'accueil n'est pas au rendez-vous. Enfin cet appartement est éloigné du centre ville et l'itinéraire pour le rejoindre est insignifiant et sans intérêt. La prise en compte de nos remarques vise à valoriser votre offre.
