L´Etage - Grand T3 en plein coeur de la Vieille Ville d'Annecy
Discover the town centre with its bustling market, cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This modern and cosy flat can accommodate up to 5 people.
One of the two bedrooms has a king-size bed (160x200) and the other has two single bunk beds.
A bright living room with a sofa bed
The apartment is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine and a raclette machine...
The bathroom has a shower and the toilet is separate.
Linen will be provided for your stay, including bed linen, towels and kitchen tea towels.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance; you won’t need a car for the duration of your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bicycle hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake).
🅿️ The flat is located on a pedestrianised street. Parking is available at the Bonlieu underground car parks (short-stay rates apply).
🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery available from €9.90 per person per day.

Appartement 4 rue du Pâquier Annecy
Très bel et vaste appartement, très bien situé à proximité du lac et du vieil Annecy.
L'appartement est parfaitement équipé avec 2 grandes chambres confortables.
un grand séjour avec parquet ancien qui donne un vrai cachet au logement.
Le parking Bonlieu est à 2 pas donc bien pour le véhicule.
Je recommande vivement !
