  • Discover the town centre with its bustling market, cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
    This modern and cosy flat can accommodate up to 5 people.

    One of the two bedrooms has a king-size bed (160x200) and the other has two single bunk beds.

    The apartment is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine and a raclette machine...
    The bathroom has a shower and the toilet is separate.

    Linen will be provided for your stay, including bed linen, towels and kitchen tea towels.

    There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance; you won’t need a car for the duration of your stay.
    The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bicycle hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake).

    🅿️ The flat is located on a pedestrianised street. Parking is available at the Bonlieu underground car parks (short-stay rates apply).

    Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake amidst a stunning mountain backdrop, is renowned for the quality of its environment and its high standard of living.
    Boasting a remarkable location on the lower reaches of the lake, the town has successfully preserved its architectural and historical heritage.

    ⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4pm to 9pm.
    After 9pm, if a self-check-in solution cannot be arranged, a surcharge of €20 will apply.

    If the accommodation is available earlier, we’ll be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
    Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.

We stayed 3 nights in Annecy. The apartment is in the old town and you have to go up 3 flights of stairs and passed an open restaurant with your luggage. We were told there were fans to use in the apartment as the weather was very warm. This was misleading, the fans were portable air conditioners that were not correctly vented, so if we turned them on they would pump even more hot air into the apartment! We were trying to sleep in an apartment that was 34 degrees! With two young children! We tried to ask the host for any kind of assistance, relocation or refund so we could move to a safer location in the heat but they refused. We ended up having to leave a day early and pay for a night somewhere else because our children were crying in the night they were so hot. So disappointed to pay so much money for an uninhabitable space and zero help from the staff.

Très bel et vaste appartement, très bien situé à proximité du lac et du vieil Annecy. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé avec 2 grandes chambres confortables. un grand séjour avec parquet ancien qui donne un vrai cachet au logement. Le parking Bonlieu est à 2 pas donc bien pour le véhicule. Je recommande vivement !
